The cost of each assessment may vary.  You are encouraged to call and discuss the specifics of your case to better understand the potential cost.  Payment is required on the day of service (or the first day of multi-day testing).

Payment options: payment can be made by cash, check, or credit card.

Insurance

I am an out-of-network provider for most insurance companies, meaning that I cannot bill insurance companies directly. Many plans will reimburse you for services.
